Sanjil Shah

Sanjil Shah is a Chartered Accountant and Certified Professional Accountant (in the State of Illinois). Sanjil has significant real estate experience in acquisitions, construction, financial and operations management. He was previously the Chief Financial Officer and Chief Operating Officer of the Storagenow Group, a real estate business that acquired, developed and operated 11 self-storage properties in Ontario, Saskatchewan and Alberta. The portfolio was built over a four-year period and successfully sold in 2007. Prior to that, Sanjil was a Senior Manager at KPMG LLP, where he specialized in providing audit and advisory services to publicly-listed technology companies in Canada and the United States. Sanjil is also an instructor with the Chartered Accountants of Ontario's School of Accountancy and was previously an instructor at York University's Schulich School of Business and the University of Toronto.

Joe Janthur

Joe Janthur is an international banker and President of Deposit Agency of Canada Inc. (DEPAG), a Toronto based company dealing with money market trading for Canadian, American and European clients. Joe is actively involved with international trades and is Chairman of the Federation of Export Clubs Canada, usually held at the Albany Club in downtown Toronto which is frequented by trade commissioners, senior business executives and government officials. He currently serves as President of the Insurance and Banking Philatelic Society of Great Britain, Canadian Branch and was also the past director of the German-Canadian Business and Professional Association. Mr. Janthur received the designation "Fellow of the Institute of Canadian Bankers (FIBC)" in December 1970.

Claudiu Murgan

Claudiu is a graduate of the Polytechnic Institute of Bucharest, Computer and Automation University. In the last 12 years since in Canada, he worked for companies such as Royal Bank of Canada and Mercer Human Resource Consulting, in various IT positions. As an entrepreneur, he was involved in industries such as marketing, IT, art, renewable energies and real estate. This experience helped him understand how businesses can be enriched by using the integrative thinking model, a model that he is using on a daily basis. Claudiu is currently part of IBC (private equity investments in Real Estate) being involved in identifying and structuring both corporate venture and real estate deals.

Charles Janthur

Charles Janthur is Vice-President, DEPAG Deposit Agency of Canada Inc., a Toronto based company offering consulting services in business development and financial matters for Canadian, American, and European clients. His international experience is demonstrated through his active involvement as the General Manager of the Federation of Export Clubs Canada, a networking forum focusing on international business development and international trade. Mr. Janthur holds lecturing positions at the University of Guelph, University of Guelph Humber, Ryerson University and Humber College. Charles Janthur holds the designation "Fellow of the Institute of Canadian Bankers (FIBC)", 1999, the designation Certified International Trade Professional (CITP), 1998, and a Master of Business Administration (MBA), 2001 from Queen’s University.

George Dube

George holds a Masters of Accounting degree from the University of Waterloo where he specialized in taxation and public accounting. His main area of focus is helping clients save on both their personal and corporate taxes plus providing professional and practical assistance in operating a real estate portfolio. George continues to receive a variety of training related to the real estate industry from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Ontario, the Real Estate Investment Network (Top 10 for 2006 for Ontario) and other organizations which help develop his practical and professional knowledge, applying it to both his clients and his own family's portfolio. George and his wife currently own several properties in southern Ontario.

Tamara Huculak

Ms. Huculak is currently active in the Canadian Bar Association's Real Estate Subsection, Patent and Trademark Association of British Columbia and the Patent and Trademark Institute of Canada and is a member of various boards and organizations, including the Vancouver Board of Trade and the Terminal City Club. She maintains a practice which emphasizes real estate development (with a focus on hotel and fractional interest developments), business acquisitions and structuring, leasing, residential conveyancing and mortgages, intellectual property law (including trademark and copyright), wills and estates

Neil Shopsowitz

Neil started out his professional career as a real estate lawyer in Ontario and prior to leaving the practice of law, advised on the completion of well over 1000 transactions, in both the residential and commercial areas. Since leaving law, Neil has been involved in several start up and/or general management of several large national and regional organizations. An integral part of these roles has entailed the negotiation and execution of numerous complex real estate based transactions. Neil has been a commercial mortgage specialist with Centum Capital Group, in North Vancouver, B.C. since early 2006. Centum Capital Group is well known as a leader in commercial real estate financing with particular expertise in multi unit residential financing.
