At VSM Realty, we  are  not  willing  to  sit around waiting for a  property to appreciate when we can actively increase property value. We take an active approach. When  acquiring properties, we focus on several different growth areas with regard to real estate. Much of the diversification into different areas has occurred with the assistance of various partnerships specializing in each niche growth area. With that being said, we believe that with a properly diversified real estate portfolio, the risks are managed.

As  a  result,  our  short-term  investments are only marginally dependent on market trends, thereby reducing potential risk. This strategy carries the added benefit of allowing investors try us out without long-term commitment.
